I’m Taylor Rogers, a Toronto-based runner, and content creator passionate about making running feel more accessible, social, and exciting. I discovered running in 2024 and quickly fell in love with the community and lifestyle that comes with it. Since then, I’ve raced everything from 5Ks and half marathons to marathons, while sharing my training, races, travel, and the everyday moments that make running so rewarding. I love combining performance with lifestyle and creating content that inspires people to get moving, travel, and experience new running communities around the world.

Race-Week Training Tips
I’ll share practical training and race-week tips covering everything from tapering and pacing to warm-ups, recovery, and preparing your body for race day. I’ll focus on making the process feel approachable and actionable for runners of all levels. and as a long-time vegan runner, I’ll share ideas around fueling, pre-race meals, snacks, hydration, and finding plant-based options while travelling and racing.
Race-Cation Experience
I’ll share my favourite ways to experience a destination through running: from finding great running routes and coffee/ matcha spots to exploring the city before and after race day. The goal is to show that a race is about so much more than the finish line.
Race Day Strategy + Recovery
I’ll share my approach to race morning, including pacing, fueling, warm-up routines, mindset, and how I prepare to have a strong and enjoyable race! I’ll also discuss the importance of recovery including: mobility, stretching, active recovery, sleep, and post-race movement so runners can enjoy the destination while still taking care of their bodies.
Running Community & Connection
I’ll help bring runners together by creating opportunities to connect, run, and share the race-cation experience. One of my favourite parts of running is the community it creates, and I’d love to bring that energy to the Seventy Travel community.
